Aww hun, the deadline for sketch requests ended a few days ago. What exactly am I looking at, incidentally. (I don't sports at all)

Since that happened, though, I decided to just sit down and knock these sketches out so I won't have to worry about getting them in on Thursday...

First up is @Lively Weather 's Kart Megazord request and [USE288]@Dr. Teem[/USER] 's Merried Seinor Comic request, and they're duking it out!

Alright! It's Thursday and I've got everything done. Hopefully my current circumstances doesn't cause me to miss Sunday's page again, but I'll work hard on it :)

A wild Sonichu appears! Like how you're handling Rosechu. Chris made her useless in the comic, but at least you made up a reason for it. Aaah, can't wait for the next pages.

And I am in love with your sketches...

EDIT: : ( Seriously, I wonder why Chris made Rosechu so weak... She came from a Raichu after all, those guys are the next step after Pikachus.

Because Rosechu has more important things to do besides fighting bad guys, like shopping and stripping for the right for women to be depicted without :pickle:s. :tomgirl:

VOTES FOR WOMYN OR SOMETHIN'...

I don't know for sure what Chris was thinking when he made Rosey from a Raichu, but perhaps out of all the 'chu evolutions, he thought that Raichu's tail was the most feminine, and he thought the Pikachu's tail just looked cooler. It's anybody's guess, really, but I'd say that the tail was most likely it. He wasn't keeping much else from the 'chu anatomy apart from the cheek pouches and the pikachu ears.

As for the new page, I am enjoying it AND I'm learning more about Pokemon along with it, so that's a bonus. Also, I realize it's a thus far benign appearance of Sonichu, but as soon as I saw him peering from the woods, I heard this play in the back of my head.


Keep it up! And I guess I now owe you a sketch. :p
 
And so, it starts off with "Genesis Of The Lovehogs" after that.

Gonna love what's the changes compared with CWC's version. And perhaps some parts that parodises how CWC thinks about how love works in the originals. :ween:

It's never too late to learn more about Pokemon :biggrin:

But yeah, Sonichu's going to be doing that stalker thing for at least another page or two, so best put that predator theme on repeat.

You're talking about the one in the CWCkiforum background? That one was really well done, but I think the artist might've just assumed that Chris just forgot to draw her cheek pouches.

Yeah, but David's also kind of a stubborn prick, even if he is loyal. It makes more sense to replace Rosey with an electric type anyway, since Rosey's now a... Sonichu type, I guess?

I don't suppose anyone's taken the time to read any of the custom pokemon cards he made, but Rosechu's card is a little interesting. The only offensive move she has can only become more powerful if there are one or more Sonichus in play. Other than that, all she has is that 50/50 paralyzing move.

Sonichu's card, on the other hand, doesn't require Rosey's help to attain its full power. I think this says a lot about their relationship in Chris' mind.

EDIT: Thankfully, next page will be up tomorrow on schedule. For now, though, here's another sketch.

I'll be honest, my unholy ability to make things cute and/or tolerable seems to have little effect when it comes to Robbee Sonee and the Tomgirls...

Well, at least I tried.
