Nick clearly being associated with Melton who's blatantly stalking and harassing Aaron and his family might wind up losing the HRO dismissal
Incidentally, if even one of the orders holds up, since the two are clearly acting in concert, either could be held responsible for helping the other violate the order and end up facing civil or criminal contempt or other charges.
Melton is claiming thousands of dollars already spent on his defense.
Kaching. Suffah fatty poorfag.

If Nick hadn't deep fried his brain he would probably feel like a complete retard about now. All he needed to do is wait and Monty would have dropped the case, instead he melted down and gave us the cokestream. We know all the results of that. Nice job Nick.

This would be the best timeline - Nick and Melton in a face-off, a sword of Damocles hanging over them. Who blinks first?

I have a feeling that since the judge is allowing Melton to appear remotely means the judge isn’t expecting for there to be any reason for him to be arrested. Also thinking it heightens the likelihood that it is getting tossed. Aaand now it is members only. lol.

If Aaron manages to muzzle Melton but not Nick then that changes the dynamics massively.

Nick can no longer use Melton and will need to personally attack Aaron.

Melton will lose his content mainstay and need to shift to maintain his audience (perhaps a heel turn against Rekieta).

Ironically, we might be on course for even more drama content. Way more than if Aaron would succeed on the HRO against Nick.

Crossposting from Aaron's thread. I summarized Melton's remarks about the HRO. Nick was not mentioned or in the chat but I know there's a lot of interest here.
NLO summary about the HRO filed by Aaron. This is from the hour before he went to Members Only:

- He won't be going on This Little Piggy for 2 weeks, until the 23rd. "I'm going to be cautious."
- He's removed Aaron's voice from his own Supertips
- Says Aaron has lied about him
- He's in contact with his lawyer "several times a day" and is clearly stressed about the cost
- Says he could be arrested at any time
- He was served with the HRO on July 2nd, a few days after Nick's was served. They came to his door while he was streaming so he didn't get the door. He called the sheriff and they delivered it later that afternoon.
- This is the second time this has happened to him
- He says he has a "jail sentence hanging over my head"
- A Supertip asked him to give up the "guttertrash". Melton said he understands that sentiment. He seemed pretty stressed.
- He disavowed something that Citizen M said in the chat (I didn't catch it)
- He will not have to travel to MN. He got approval to Zoom into the hearing
- He thought the Farms would "sniff it [HRO] out" but probably missed it due to the gap in time of Aaron's filing
- Says that he takes it very seriously
- "I've never made a threat to him."
- Told his chat not to contact, harass, or go to Aaron's chat
- He thinks if he loses his appeal to the HRO, he can still talk about Aaron bc the HRO doesn't prevent him from talking about him

He hasn't gone to Members Only at the time of this posting but he's moved onto Microwave Bauer (sp?). If he says anything else I'll add in edits.

Alright....why the fuck does it seem like Aaron phoned it in on Nick's HRO but this one for Melton seems pretty well thought out?
As shit as Nick is, I don't think he ever outright wanted/insinuated sexual acts with Aaron's kids.

The moment your kids are targetted by a disgusting pedo you care 100x more than a man you quite literally cucked.

The problem is that it's taken Aaron MONTHS to go after Melton. @Third World Aristocrat 's vid was from 8 months ago and that was an edit from incidents that Aaron knew about from months before that.

But, yes, Aaron's evidence against Melton is far more damning than his evidence against Nick. Melton talking about Aaron's daughter (with her as a petitioner) is a lot worse than Nick talking about Aaron's goo.

Having said that, I could see a normie judge being pretty weirded out that they BOTH went to Stoney's, the boxing place, etc.

Aaron has the fulcrum point of both Nick and Melton showing up IRL, and not just to his court hearing (was supposed to be a sentencing), which was weird for Melton but made sense for Nick... but also going to his places of play, places he does business with (minimally Stoney's and the golf course). You can say, "Oh he should have done something earlier," and with Melton, yeah maybe? It's a lot easier to say, "Well they showed up now," and for the judge to minimally do the 500/1000ft.

Assuming Aaron doesn't pants on his head this, it's definitely eyebrow-raising to a normie, much less a boomer judge. If this goes through as permanent, it's also going to make things very difficult to explain with regards to Aaron's RP case.

Coupla questions here:

1. How does a MN attorney represent a NEV resident in a MN district court? Or is it a federal court?

2. Soooooo Melton could wind up paying for Rekieta legal fees due to joint n several liability with their TRULY GENIUS MOVE to co-defend a harrassment HRO, right? Actually, Melton is likely paying for rekieta representation right now even? OMFG I love this arc.

3. Just the fact Melton will need to defend his creepy CUPHOLDER comments AND Nick will need to defend HIM knowing about a. Cupholder like comments and b. Being ok with those comments and c. Still flying to hackamania AND going as a group with melton to Aaron haunts AND inviting Melton to stay the weekend in his home with 5 kids in it

4. Did I mention, GREAT idea, this joint representation. Is barneswalker truly stupid....or

5. Move it to Heidi or Wentzell court: Heidi defined speech as "public safety issue" or Wentzell criminal charges are the reason addict blames Aaron. Started the vengeance tour

If you wanted someone to represent you in a MN court they would have to be an MN licensed attorney, regardless of where you live. Melton and Rekieta retaining the same lawyer to deal with their respective HROs does not entangle them or their cases in any way. They are separate HROs, and thus separate cases, whomever is representing them makes no difference.

Nick would file a restraining order against Melton if he turned on him.
TBH, that actually might be the optimal outcome here, given Melton's penchant for sexualizing children. I wouldn't condone Melton going after Nick's kids anymore than I would condone him going after Aaron's. Despise Nick all you want, but his kids are innocent.

I get that it would be sorta funny to see Melton tear into Nick for a minute, but you wouldn't want him to stick around on the anti side for too long. Just because he might turn anti-Nick doesn't mean he ain't trash.

As far as I'm concerned, Melton should go back to being bullied by Redbar, and then die in obscurity. And that's assuming the feds don't first kick down his door looking for CP at some point.

Probably a chav or Welsh. I always wanted a nemesis.
Worse, she's a middle aged Brummie.
You deserve a better class of nemeses.
Could be worse. Her nemesis could be a pajeet or a Paki living in the UK.

How does a MN attorney represent a NEV resident in a MN district court?
The same way a Minnesota attorney (Schneider) represented Montagraph in a Minnesota court. Ditto for Hardin's (relatively brief) representation of Monty. The court only expects the attorney to be authorized to practice in MN, regardless of whether their client is from out of state. White is authorized.

Alright....why the fuck does it seem like Aaron phoned it in on Nick's HRO but this one for Melton seems pretty well thought out?

This is just a guess but the different form used and different writing style could be a throwback to that time he teased on October 20th about some "great conversations" while he "dropped his children off" about "a lot of clips and a lot of screenshots" that "judges... are going to love to see," combined with that time he teased on October 27th that he got a "call from an attorney" that he "wasn't on the bad guy side of" who needed to schedule for Aaron to be "interviewed" for "two hours" in support of something that "client so-and-so is doing."

Everybody of course took those to mean that his first ex-wife Ashley and her husband had retained an attorney to pursue an HRO against MAPton on behalf of the daughter and that the process got far enough along for the attorney to interview Aaron for purposes of compiling and contextualizing exhibits and perhaps also to prepare an affidavit of his recollections in support of Ashley's petition. After that late stage there has been no movement ever since, leading to some speculation that perhaps some sort of pre-petition demand got Melton to reach some sort of private agreement eliminating the need for a petition, or perhaps the costs involved or low odds of success on the merits got Ashley to just back down altogether.

Since that time, when the aftermath of Aaron's sentencing hearing got him trigger-happy about HRO options again, it makes sense that he would have drafted the petition against Nick on his own using some random online form because he himself said that at least one lawyer he talked to about it months ago advised against it due to the low odds of prevailing, whereas the petition against MAPton may have already been drafted by Ashley or her attorney and was sitting there gathering dust because she didn't move forward with it.

From there Aaron would have just had to ask her or the attorney to send over the unused draft, or perhaps he already would have had it after having been asked for feedback and revisions back in the day, but in either case all he would have to do is pick up where they left off by swapping out his name for Ashley's, deleting any reference to the attorney in the draftsman's statement and signature block, adding a few other tweaks more specific to him being the new petitioner who has more direct history with MAPton than Ashley had, and filing it. At least that way all the hard work back in October wouldn't have to go to waste, but it still will go to waste if he doesn't fucking lawyer up already for whatever good it might do at the hearing. Even if there's no chance of an attorney preventing dismissals on the merits, just the sheer financial risk of Nick's open threats to pursue Rule 9 sanctions, without more, make any thought of a pro se appearance utterly insane at this point.

Here's a few more gems from this morning before the snipe got deleted:

Even though MAPton setting up a streamsnipe for others to make their own commentary stands next to no chance of ever being prosecuted as an "indirect contact" violation, for purposes of the hearing it's at least not a good look to foment or even platform such a vile culture of harassment-by-proxy when it would have been so easy to just lay low for two weeks. Tsk tsk...
