He would likely keep some type of list but it would include a lot more than just the people he was giving kids too, the "Epstein client list" would be something the government made based upon their knowledge of who epstein did that type of business with. Additionally, now that we know the epstein files are basically all child porn it probably wasn't hard for them to tell who was fucking kids.
