That is exactly how Japan developed. Japan hired foreign mercenaries and experts to help redesign Japan for them. They were humble enough to admit that they were FUBAR without westernization, so they accepted help from the West to advance.

im listening to the senate hearing right now and something I found very funny is Murkowski said the bill has "4 trillion" in spending and I found that interesting cause she might be just wrong or misspeaking but I understood previously it to be 5 trillion in spending and I said out loud just to myself "well look at that congress already saved us a trillion" and on a hunch I knew even sarcastically that dident sit right and so I checked the Us national debt and yup

we JUST ticked over into 37 trillion and I think these maroons really believe its smart to not have that big round number go up "to much" in the average joes eye so they lopped a trillion off for sheer optics

You just don't know what the fuck you are talking about. The previous election (Beshear's first term) Matt Bevins lost by around 5 thousand votes, and the the last one the republicans ran a race mixing nigger with deep ties to Mitch McConnell. He worked in Mitch's office when he got his start years ago, and he was also tied to the Breanna Taylor shit. He had no chance to win, and the retards in kentucky voted for this mitch clone in the primary instead of the other two good options. Kentucky has a super majority in both the state senate and the house, Beshear is an outlier and nothing more.

Go look up where Alligator Alcatraz is. It's not (exactly) surrounded by alligators. It's on a major highway on the way into Miami, on completely cleared ground and easy access out.

Even if they had a non-asshole government, they simply lack the brain power to reason about the future or generalize their own actions, which is critical for having a well-maintained, orderly society. A nigger looks at white people at a ski resorts and marvels that nobody is stealing the skis. A white person could try and explain that if people started stealing the skis, the resort would not be able to function, and then we wouldn't have a nice ski resort to go to, but the nigger wouldn't understand. He'd get lost in your words, only seeing that you are using boring white man words to talk yourself out of an easy few hundred bucks that you could spend on sizzurp and weed.

A real-world example, I worked with a Russian grad student, old enough to remember the USSR, and took him grocery shopping. When informed that the plastic bags at the self-checkout were free, he grabbed a pile of them. Typical poor country behavior. I told him, "No, don't do that." He said, "Why not? They're free." I said, "Think about it. If everyone did that, they'd stop putting the bags out. The intent is you only take what you need. You don't want them to stop putting bags out, do you?" He said, "Oh, I get it," and he put the bags back.

That is an example of someone with a white man's cognitive functioning who merely had a culture/upbringing problem. It was easy enough to fix. A nigger would say, "lol dat ain't my problem nigga," grab all the bags, and run out of the store.
