won't exactly say just kaiju paradise by its self because there was another one (Transfurmation in specific) that popularized that entire concept and the reason I say popularize is because transfur games were likely a thing before Fiddlepat's game and it's his game that got the most attention to that kind of stuff

Rapax's defenses in general don't work, considering the game was never normal in the first place, and it isn't like Dragonsnow himself is doing any favors, since he was the one who made both that fetal porn looking animation and the feral art one in the first place not to mention has a game that almost spells out Shotacon that he could have literally gave any other name to but chose that one for whatever reasons he has.
