The only problem with it is that it refers to some events too quickly and you'd only know what he's talking about if youo're already familiar, for example he mentions destiny saying he's willing to kill someone if they threatened his online career , but doesn't explain that it's about a kid ddos-ing him or show any receipts so people who aren't already familiar wouldn't be able to convince others and aren't shown any proof to believe it.

Let's carefully read what the attorneys said (something Destiny isn't very fond of doing): "The video stream makes it clear that Zip was the one taking the notes at the hearing so that Defendant could rely on them for his live stream." Destiny wants to characterize that as suggesting that Destiny told Zip to go to the hearing to take notes so they could talk about it on his stream later. Admittedly, I think that's one interpretation, but that's not actually what it says. Arguably, that sentence is talking about Zip's motivation for being at the hearing; it's not referring to Destiny's mental state at all, so the fact that they didn't have some mutual plan for Zip to attend the hearing is irrelevant. And Zip absolutely went and took notes with the hope that he could pop on Destiny's stream later to talk about it, evidenced by the fact that is exactly what happened. Why else would he have been there taking notes? Are we supposed to believe he has some independent interest in the case? And his motivation for being there is relevant because Destiny's attorneys wanted to suggest that there's a bunch of independent interest in the case such that Pxie's privacy interests are outweighed by the public interest. Did Destiny even try to address the point regarding the allegedly "false" statement that there were a bunch of people taking notes at the hearing? So many, in fact, that multiple "detailed summaries" were later published online, the evidence of which is an AI-generated article not based on the contents of the hearing at all? Or was his rebuttal just reading the filing in an incredulous voice?

And Destiny can quibble about the word "associate" all he wants, but the fact is his team was trying to suggest that there was a bunch of independent public interest in the case and a bunch of people present at the hearing who were completely unconnected to either party. Pxie only called Zip an "associate" in response to Destiny saying there were a bunch of people "unaffiliated with the parties" present. It would be the peak of debate pervertry to argue that Zip is "unaffiliated" with Destiny when I believe somebody earlier pointed out that he subscribes to Destiny, he is probably in his chat 24/7 spamming dumb emotes and lapping up every word Destiny says, and he was a guest on Destiny's stream after the hearing to talk about it.

And, you know, not to be a fucking nerd, but I think constantly pointing out the fact that the information came from Kiwi Farms is what the debate ephebophiles would call the "genetic fallacy." The fact that the information came from this site doesn't make it false, especially when he makes no effort to rebut it.

Interesting thing Destiny does here where he says he was "recalling his thoughts about what was said" instead of saying that he was reading the transcript (which he has access to). Not sure why hes trying to play coy here, but just fun to notice.
