You shouldn't have any qualms with being outbred and emasculated by mixed & black men then.

So, if not birth, what determines citizenship? Does every potential American citizen have to pass a test like a new immigrant would? At what point in their life? These are sincere questions. I'm having trouble envisioning it.

The 14th Amendment establishes citizenship as a right of birth to those subject to US jurisdiction. This makes Congress the ultimate authority on determining which children born here are subject to US jurisdiction, and which aren't. We have no laws about this, except for a law stating that children of diplomats are not subject to US jurisdiction, so it's now a power struggle between the White House and the courts.

If there is an actual digital ID, then I will fuck off internet and only use it for the most essential shit possible.

Yeah but they're very clear they want to roll it into everything where if you don't use it, you'll basically become the disenfranchised under-class. Cities are talking about using it for your fucking water and power bills. Everything.

Zohran Mamdani on why he wants to empty jails: "VioIence is an artificial construct"

1.mp4

Spoken like a retarded pussy that's never had his face shattered. You think a woman that's had her jaw broken by her husband after supper was a little cold when he got home from work was sent to the hospital by an "artificial construct"?

USNS Harvey Milk has been renamed to USNS Oscar V. Peterson. Now 100% less gay!

Oscar Peterson likely saved hundreds of his fellow sailors aboard USS Neosho during WW2 during the Battle of the Coral Sea. Their ship was attacked and severely damaged by Japanese dive bombers. Peterson led heroic efforts to close four bulkhead steam valves on Neosho.

He suffered severe burns and, he was also wounded in one of the Japanese bombing runs while performing repairs, the burns and wounds would prove fatal. He would be buried at sea and awarded the Medal of Honor. Seems like a guy much more worthy of having a ship named in his honor than pedophile Harvey Milk.

For extraordinary courage and conspicuous heroism above and beyond the call of duty while in charge of a repair party during an attack on the U.S.S. Neosho by enemy Japanese aerial forces on 7 May 1942. Lacking assistance because of injuries to the other members of his repair party and severely wounded himself, Peterson, with no concern for his own life, closed the bulkhead stop valves and in so doing received additional burns which resulted in his death. His spirit of self-sacrifice and loyalty, characteristic of a fine seaman, was in keeping with the highest traditions of the U.S. Naval Service. He gallantly gave his life in the service of his country.

Legal prostitution will create political will to make the situation worse, though
I don't think this is true at all. All the research I've looked into suggests or says outright that legalizing sex work would make sex work safer. I have yet to meet a sex worker that disagreed, and no, I'm not counting middle class women with OnlyFans as "sex workers" for these purposes. Conversely, making it illegal doesn't make it go away, it just makes it worse for everybody involved. Crucially it enlarges, if not creates, a market for trafficking. I'm pretty strongly in favour of a harm reduction outlook regarding sex work at this point. Anyway I'm not tryna derail the thread.

If congress did their job, we wouldn't have this issue.

Daily reminder that Trump winning in 2016 and giving us conservative judges saved the country. Had Clinton gotten three Supreme Court picks, we would see activist judges cramming down even worse shit.
Activist retards. Not only are Shaniqua Jackson and the Cleaning Lady activists, but they're mouth-breathing dumbasses whose opinions make no sense and can't really function as precedent. We'd be entering an era of legal Calvinball.

Just for shits and giggles, the typical liberal hysteria on many liberal websites are conveniently ignoring or denying that this case was spearheaded by Muslims. They jump straight to the "CHRISTIANS BAD! WHITE PEOPLE BAD!" bullshit. Of course they do. I know you guys already know that. It's just always entertaining to see shit like this happening in real time.
They spiritually can not bring themselves to realize Islam is what they believe Christianity to be. The cognitive dissonance is too huge, it would quite literally break them to have to say to themselves "Muslims are monsters."

All they have in this moment is cope and seethe regarding brown people doing something that wrongs them so horribly. That's incredibly sad in my opinion! Their actual enemies are right there in front of their face but they want to pin it on someone else because their skin is whiter.

What's next? You will force all women to walk in hijabs? The LGBTQ+ classes don't harm anyone. People should be aware that minorities exist. You have no idea how many people there were who didn't know how to come to terms with their gayness and transness until recently. You can't just remove people's hope for a safe life.
Oh don't worry, people are plenty aware that these minorities exist, because they make it their personal missions to be OBNOXIOUS, INTRUSIVE, OPENLY DEGENERATE, AND MANIPULATIVE in public spaces where everyone can see them. Near children, to boot.

Maybe their lives would be a lot safer if they weren't OBNOXIOUS, INTRUSIVE, OPENLY DEGENERATE, AND MANIPULATIVE in public spaces where everyone can see them. Near children, to boot.

first of all I'm basically a libertarian and I don't like the state telling my sisters they can't be hos, they should decide not to be hos on their own

however the evidence has been in for awhile, for example

there is just too much money in Big Pimpin', it causes massively increased human trafficking. this info is more than a decade old, it is way worse now.

I grew up in the rural south and had basically no outside influence when it comes to LGBTQ+ individuals. My parents were such prudes that I never even had, "the talk." Just had a really basic sex ed course in the 3rd grade. However, over time, over many years, I learned what sex was and what gay and trans people were. I just slowly gathered context and facts from media and conversations I had.

My point is that, "LGBTQ+ classes" are not necessary. You are introducing these concepts to children at too young an age. A 5 year old should not be taught that they can change their gender. A 5 year old does not need to know that minorities exist outside of their classmate who has a different skin color. 5 year olds are not sexual beings, they're not supposed to be. They can get older and slowly pick things up on their own. If they are truly gay, they'll realize it without outside influences. I know this because that's how it worked for centuries before "LGBTQ+ classes."

I believe that to teach kids about gender before they can do times tables is not only stupid, it's dangerous. The first things that a kid learns, you could call it, "core knowledge," is extremely important. It's the framework they operate on for their entire life. Don't make it woke bullshit. Also that hijabs comment is retarded lol.

this is an excellent policy idea. one of the reasons it is excellent is that promoting it would reveal very quickly who wants access to children without adult supervision.

one very specific thing that this would shine light on for example is the foster care to prostitution pipeline.
it's a straight-forward idea that will solve multiple problems at once and enact real progress towards stopping children from looking at porn and being exposed to pedophiles, while still maintaining privacy for law-abiding adults from the state

naturally, i expect it will never, ever be put into law or even considered as an option by lawmakers. solving problems is bad for business in Washington

I would agree that there’s no harm in acknowledging the existence of LGBTQ people, that they shouldn’t be harmed for how they live, but there’s a problem in education where they want to go beyond that.

The court points out that the education guidelines included challenging heteronormativity and cisnormativity. That’s where I would draw the line when it comes to infringement on religious beliefs.
