Their military was state of the art and would have likely even gotten better if they hadn't started losing the war. We already got the first modern Assault Rifle out of a Germany losing the war, I can only imagine what they would have cooked up in a couple years time. Anyone who tries to cope that Germany wasn't de-facto technologically superior to all other nations, especially in regards to military, simply doesn't know what they are talking about.
The military doctrine part is pretty much the only part of your post that is correct, Germany would have won the war if Hitler let his men do their jobs. He was a brilliant politician and speaker, but a good army general or tactician he was not.

I'll concede the assault rifle part, but their armor designs were actual dogshit and you can find a record of Hitler himself bitching about how the rainy weather stopped him from invading France earlier
