'creator community' lmao 90% of youtube is just people talking, podcasts, let's play's, whatever. More like commentator community, talker community. Nothing is created it's overwhelmingly second order or third order content relating to something else. It's conversation. If you have a convo with your buddies, a podcast or talkshow or whatever, or a convo with yourself, or you play a game someone else made, or you make a review of a game or a movie or something else, all of that is just commentary. afaik he has not tried to sue these people until after they tried to weaponize CPS to break up his family for real and then sent human remains to his house as an apparent death threat, or if not directly being involved in that, downplaying and condoning it as if it wasn't a big deal or was actively justified and warranted. if his actions in response to that are petty to you, then i don't even know what to say to you.

if a group of people did that to me just because i didn't agree with them fully on every aspect of their deranged actual cult dogma, and i had the resources to drag them into court and rape their lives in retaliation, i would probably do it too. the shit they pulled was extremely personal and nobody with a shred of dignity should be expected to take it lying down.
