He recently said he couldn't ride a bike and then corrected himself and said he couldn 't ride one very well because it's been so long. So he probably can't, because it's impossible to forget how to ride a bike. That idea is completely universal.

Seriously though I think he never learned how to ride a bike. Didn't he say he didn't want a shiny new one because he feared it might get stolen by joggers?

I'm guessing his dad took off the training wheels so Phil could try the real bicycle experience and then fell over in just a few feet and started complaining about bugged cycling mechanics.

His dad obviously didn't understand that could've just slapped yellow paint in a line and DSP would've been able to cycle just fine.

Nope, as far as I'm aware, things have been fairly quiet on the Khet front lately. The last big revelations we got were in the DM leaks, otherwise, Phil vaguely alludes to her eating a bunch of food whenever he does a feasting stream and that's about it.

Piggy suffers from a very bad case of thesaurus/synonym abuse. He will always use a more "intelligent" sounding term when a perfectly serviceable mundane word would work. Thus, "humans" instead of "people".
