I mean, I get it. Marching sucks, and no one actually does it once they get out of boot camp, but you'd think they would at least get the people who are semi-decent at it on the ends for the cameras lol.

Marching is basic military drill and if you are going on a parade then you better train that shit until everybody is collapsing from exhaustion so its perfect.
Americans dont have a tradition of parades like the Russians or Germans had so its understandable it has its flaws but they arent even trying lol. The setup is also really boring and empty, nothing like the bravado on the red square or in Pyongyang.
I blame a combination of the Army neglecting to drill its soldiers regularly and the parade having to be organized on such a short notice. They should have had at least a year to prepare for it. But then 251st anniversary just doesnt have the same ring to it.
