How ABC News is currently reporting on the parade:
A parade commemorating the 250th anniversary of the Army is set to start early in D.C. due to weather concerns.

“We are expecting a downpour of rain. But the crowds are still gathering here along the National Mall,"

...I wonder if all the confused old people standing around are the result of an stereotypical Democrat playbook strategy - rounding up old people from community centers, assisted living facilities and nursing homes & busing them in, solely by promising them free trips to Applebees/Hometown Buffet/etc. after a protest?

I remember reading a thread on R/Donald back in the day (before Reddit neutered, than abolished it) by someone confused by their elderly Republican grandfather's sudden strange interest in attending anti-Trump pro-Democrat protests/rallys. At first they thought maybe he (a widower) had a secret girlfriend at his assisted living facility/was attending them with her. Nope, turns out, their grandpa was just going to them 'cause by happenstance he saw a sign at the community center promising a free trip to a steakhouse after every rally 🤣 The kicker - the grandpa was pro Trump, he'd just stand around for a few hours at Democrat rally's 'cause he wasn't turning down a free steak diner! 😂😭

What kind of military shit do we expect to see during this parade.
"The parade will feature different eras of the Army's history, from the Revolutionary War to the modern era and into the future with corresponding uniforms and equipment.

Army officials say among the equipment included will be 26 M1A1 Abrams tanks, 27 Bradley Fighting Vehicles, two World War II Sherman tanks, a World War I-era Renault tank, eight CH-47 helicopters, 16 UH-60 Black Hawks and four WWII-era P-51 aircraft."

Bless the machine spirits of that renault.
