IRacing requires you to use the real name on the credit card you're paying for the subscription on, but its never caused a problem. Sadly they removed the national flags tied to your real country so I could know when to avoid britbongs.

Its kinda sad that Phil has a nicer racing wheel than I do, but I'm also a cheapskate. I hope he plays any actual racing game because considering how he plays need for speed and such it'd be a nightmare.

Even with Truck Sim the man can barely manage merging onto a highway or pulling out of a parking lot.

Phil already did a "drive blindfolded" challenge, and ruined any fun that might have come out of it by cheating.
(Starts at 7:10).

Even when blindfolded, Phil would ask chat a question, then turn to the chat to read the answer. He drove about 8 mph and craned his head so he could see through the blindfold. At one point he even took it off when he crashed because his eye "suddenly burned".

Chat had to pay for this "bonus" btw. Another classic DSP scam.

As stated before but IRacing demands it as well. And I have raced in some simRacing Leagues in the past and they all demand you use your real name. Makes sense as those races are also livestreamed with real commentators and I think it would Sound strange when they suddenly go "and here Comes Gaylord overtaking sirtittyvanflappywank, what a briliant maneuver from Gaylord!" Thoguh forum posts were still spicy and not polite
 
Complimenting men's ripples is faggy enough, but drinking Whiteclaw and hard pink lemonade makes it worse. Why doesn't Phail just get a drink to sip while role-playing as a retarded trucker? As a female-style detractor, I enjoy an amaretto sour from time to time. If Phail had a similar color drink he could pretend it was something less gay.

The stream really stroked his ego as far as his abilities go. He seems to think now that he has the wheel he's finally alright at driving and it was the controller's fault he was struggling previously.
Really though he was all over the road and constantly drifting into other lanes. Truck sim isn't anywhere close to pushing a car on the limit and he will struggle. It's not rocket science that driving an 18 wheeler at 20 mph below the speed limit is easy, Phil didn't suddenly git gud at driving. Doesn't help that he turned the centering strength down to like 20% either.

It's been mentioned many times already but I would really love for him to try an actual racing sim. The real name barrier isn't going to be a problem for Phil, but I figure scheduled races would be given how autistic he is about his schedule and when he clocks out and whatnot. I still think at best we're looking at a Forza stream, and a Forza Horizon one first most likely. I saw a lot of people throwing F1 around in chat last night and I think that might be a possibility as well given it's both new and fairly beginner friendly.

I could see Phil dipping into an actual sim but I doubt he'd go right online, probably just do some AI races. He's not going to like it though unless he puts in the time to actually learn how to drive. I would still really like for him to do some online races though, I can imagine an entire lobby getting pissed at him for taking out half of the field in a turn one incident.

Does this game require you to back the rig up to the trailer to connect them? Or reverse a trailer into a space at an angle?

Because I guaran-fucking-tee you that would take him hours.

You can do those for extra points and challenge, but it's not necessary.

The best part about it was watching him slow down then stop at the first red light he encountered then making slight adjustments to keep himself driving straight while constantly repeating that he can't see.

Sadly, it's not photoshopped. There was a stream where he was making his eyes dart around as part of some joke and his eye went wonky. It's most likely a weaken eye muscle from straining to see what's going on on the TV since he refuses to wear his glasses.
