I have a few autistic points to make about the home after reading the bodycam notes and listening to MATI. Link to all the Zillow pics is
here. I know this is repetitive to some here, but I think it's worth repeating for tourists.
(To be clear, I don't expect Null or the wonderful women who took notes to be autistic enough to have seen these pics, but it's helpful to understand this home.)
1, The home is very "open concept". That is, there is a large living room/dining area/kitchen on the main floor and a large family room downstairs.

MAIN LEVEL
2. The powder room without a shower or bath,
where a safe was found on the main level with a baggie hanging out, is one of these rooms - I assume there is a powder room on each floor.

3. Still on the main level, the confusing room (noted by one of the transcribers) where clean clothes were hung up is likely the large walk-in closet off the laundry room, which is connected to the master on the main level.

4. This is the sunroom that April mentioned to the cops. Nick has done several Locals streams from this location. It's off the main living area.

4. As for the location of the master bedroom, which a transcriber said is in view of the entry, I've always been confused about that. It's either:
Behind one of these doors:

Or down this hallway off the living room. Note the laundry room is in view:

DOWNSTAIRS
5. There is not exactly what I would call a "study" in front of Nick's office. It's open to the family room and, yes, contains bookshelves.
