What Trump needs to do is find out who is paying for all this shit. Lawsuits ain't cheap and the sheer volume of outgoing hours is far more then any NGO can afford even if the lawyers work cheap and these are DC lawyers so yah they ain't working for free.

Cut off the head and you can stop worrying about killing the body one limb at a time.
