The problem is that he is still on probation for those felony car thefts.
The other charges are all misdemeanors so if they terminate his probation for those he's looking at months not years in jail.
It's the felony court he needs to be scared of, if he gets his probation terminated for those charges it's YEARS in the state pen not the county lockup.

If you look at the "big wins" on any of the cases bots will have won them all. for example
