Sounded like people using other diagnosis software. He was also banning people who were running it sandboxed or on a dedicated box that didn't have any other software running

Given how invasive his software is, and the new revelations from his phone booking, I wouldn't be surprised if he was looking at family pictures or using his software to look up their information online. He could also have access to other information from the payment procesors on the people that purchased his software.

Think about this as East Asian MMOs, like the ones ran by Tencent or Nexon.
They require some security scanning thing to be installed with root access, which basically tries to make sure you're not running other naughty programs such as Cheat Engine or some kind of macro program. Something as innocuous as an Excel spreadsheet or specific keyboards might make this program upset.
Now apply that to his nonceware. If the nonceware sees you're running something from a so called competitor, or you do anything the paedophile disapproves of, it shuts down.
I can't even fathom how ridiculous this is. At least those shitty East Asian gacha MMOs might kind of have a point in terms of fairness for all (and more if you pay money). This shit is unhinged.
