Supposedly they phoned Walmart Customer Support and got the first Switch cancelled with just the email, phone number, and order #. To get the second order cancelled, they called back with some bullshit story about the first cancellation because they didn't have the order #.
They also provided a leaked phone call for the second cancellation to prove it's legit (5:21 in the video; their side is cut from the audio). It's probably real because Doody admits to sitting in Discords with people that do gayops against Phil, and if so that's cringe and gay.
