I know there's like 0 chance of this but it would be amazing if the forced sobriety actually fixed him somewhat.

Maybe the old teetotalers were right and booze really is the devil.

this is a very lenient sentence for what he did

almost an ounce of blow with the whole his kids had access to it thing
Yeah I don't know why they didn't just throw the book at him. I mean God knows the second he gets out he will not stay sober. Why give him a last lick of freedom?

Anyway, when he violates parole will we need a new thread or should we just continue to use this one for all of his legal troubles?

What are the chances we get a drunk/high/wasted stream out of Nick before he heads off to jail? Or does he have to turn himself in immediately?
literally zero because if he gets drunk/high he violates probation and they fuck him hardcore and he gets way more than 30 days.

He's going to violate probation and end up in jail. Not for the complete five years on the first violation, but he will end up going back to jail. He hasn't learned anything from this legal experience so far.
This is in fact the best case scenario. Worst case, he flips out on a bender and does something to himself or others that gets him in much, much more trouble.

holy shit it happend! the sweetest part of this is that jail was completely avoidable if he hadn't acted like a flaming asshole at every opportunity possible.

I hope federal hacking charges drop on his last day in jail for extra hilarity lmao
