^^ Too many fast food and chain places. In Boston, it’s all small business who own and operate restaurants. Those are great, but it’s slowly turning into a sea goyslop eateries with a giant parking lots. It’s these 'fast casual places' where the food looks like it was made a migrant who hates you and your wallet charging $30 for slop.
Pizza places seem to be hanging on, and still run by Greek families

There is no "due process" for these scenarios.

There is always a habeas petition, there is always some due process, but there are different degrees depending on who its for and what the case is. An American citizen facing a homicide charge has a much different standard of due process than an illegal alien contesting their deportation.

Once they are seized and held in detention prior to deportation, they can file a habeas petition. This must be filed in the district in which they are held, which is usually some place like Texas or other red zone. They can't judge shop to some commie faggot in DC or Maryland. These habeas petitions for illegal aliens are a brief affair, held between the government and the judge, which are immigration judges set by the administration. The burden of proof for the government is low, practically in the floor, and the hearing goes something like this:

Judge: Alright, government, you say this guy is an illegal and a criminal subject to deportation?
ICE: Yep, we believe he is an illegal alien and has no right to be in this nation and is likely a criminal.
Judge: Do you have some evidence? Is it from a psychic dog or just made up or something?
ICE: No, your Honor, we have these investigation records from highly trained officers, his interview and affidavits from credible sources as our evidence.
Judge: That is more than a reasonable showing, get this guy the fuck out of here.
Gangbanger: Yo quiero appeal?
Judge: Request for appeal denied. GTFO.

As much as I believe that John Roberts is a fucking cuck that doesn't deserve to sit on the court, he got backed into a corner and no matter how much he wants to sugar coat the order, it absolutely guts the Democrat operation to try and stop these high volume deportations. They don't have the resources to bring legal challenges to bear on each case (thats why they judge shopped to make a class action suit) and so the spics will flow (outside the nation, into prison.) Its definitely a win.
They should handle the reviews the same way that the Moonies conduct weddings. In an arena, 50,000 at a time.
They actually could, these habeas hearings have been done by the hundreds before, they can also be paper hearings as well, there are a lot of options to get through them quickly and again - these are not automatic. Every single spic will have to get an attorney and file a habeas petition within the time from their arrest to deportation - and even pro bono lawyers need to eat. Why do you think they cut off the USAID grift first before doing this?

Why is 9-0 SCOTUS trending, and why are a bunch of lefty cucks pontificating about how "If Trump ignores a 9-0 SCOTUS ruling then [bad things will happen]" aka "If the Great Man ignores the Rules based order, the Rules based order might lose power."

... Wait is this about the MS-13 gang member from El-Salvador they yeeted to El-Salvador, despite him being brown and thus entitled to be in the US at all times (despite arriving illegally and breaking the law while here)? kek.

The fact that we're outsourcing this shit to El Salvador and sending people without any process whatsoever to some prison camp there is absurd in my view. They're already mulling vocally, including Trump himself, about sending American citizens there. At what point do people realize that this can and WILL be used against you, and could easily be used against you by this very Administration, which has proven itself to be - if nothing else - philosemitic and eager for war with Iran for Israel.
You want to know why it's being outsourced? It's really very simple. It's so that when Democrats lie, cheat, or steal their way into an iota of power again, they can't just release these people.

There's nothing stopping Trump from mass revoking all green cards, permanent residencies, et cetera. He absolutely could go thermonuclear on them. "Oh, you're saying I'm discriminating against these people just because they're here illegally? Ok, everyone out. Fuck it. Gtfo. Fuck off, America's full."

>Mistakenly

You do not hate the media enough. You think you do, but they're not being lynched in the streets yet, so you obviously don't.

Because the Media lied about what SCOTUS said

A huge lefty talking point is about how for-profit prisons are a huge waste of taxpayer dollars (LOL) and encourage incarceration. Shipping them off to CECOT solves that problem.

I grow my facial hair out for a few days at a time because I'm a lazy asshole. There's no fucking way I'm shaving every day just for the dudes at the office.
Not that this is related to any US political discussion but there's a clear difference in letting your facial hair grow a little for a few days and having a massive spastic unkempt grease monster neck beard.

Because the administration should adhere to policy and procedures of the United States. They shouldn’t abandon the rule of law when it becomes inconvenient for them.
Regardless of who the person is, he was not supposed to be on that plane. The government fucked up and should rectify their mistake.
The thing is, I agree with you, in a perfect world we would respect the system even when we don't care to, and I do disagree with trump on this. Things like this set a bad precedent.

I just don't have much gas left to care when i've seen the "rule of law" be ignored or even twisted to basically assrape me and everything I care about. Everything about DEI is against the law, the government was used as a charity for people who tow the political line, and the border was essentially left open to an invasion for a few years, in 2020 democratic governors turned their people over to mobs of criminals, chauvin is in jail for a crime he didn't commit, and a ton of other things.

I don't have tears to shed about some guy who has probably murdered people being deported when he "technically" should not have been. If somebody has a problem with this fine, but if they have a HUGE problem with this and nothing else that has happened the past 10 years i'm going to wonder about their intentions.

So because we are sending illegal aliens to illegal alien jail, this will lead to Trump putting legal citizens in the illegal alien jail because they (something something) war with Iran? I don't follow.

As funny as it would be to see all of Trump's enemies black-sited, he doesn't play that fast and loose with things. As illustrated by him bringing up the Alien Enemies Act, there tends to be precedent for the shit he does, even if the precedent is dusty and needs a bit of support.

He knows everything he does will be attacked and undermined, so he makes sure to have precedent and framework on his side to shut that shit down ASAP.

I hope they start deporting criminals to El Salvador, start with the dumbass "protesters" who get themselves thrown in jail and think the U.S. is the worst place in the world.

Seems like we are well on our way to establishing a trade surplus with El Salvador in violent scumbag criminal leeches. Godspeed Mr. President

Had to un-ignore john badman, that kind of retarded sperging is too good to miss out on.

Also, I'm surprised that no other south american country jumped on the bukele giga prison train. Both fuck up the criminals element, get MASSIVE popularity from the law abiding voters, and get cheques to ''take care'' of gangbangers and other subhuman trash from the US.
