Idiots. If you test the shot distance and aiming device, the difference between head and center is literally the width of the aiming dot. If your hand twitches a fraction of a centimeter it shifts the aim.

As somebody who had the privilege to partake in small military parades... engaging in strict marching formation, in a middle of summer, during a 30+ degree heat, while standing directly under the sun is fucking madness. It is the only time I've ever seen people from my platoon fainting. Not under obstacle courses or training missions in the woods... but just standing still in front of the sun. Not only that, but training for parade marches (if you want them to actually look good) takes up a large amount of time and energy that could be used to improve skills that would be actually useful in a combat situation. While training, I would've much rather preferred extra time at the firing range over training for parade marches.
