It's like a jeep, but smaller and lighter. Meant to be more air transportable for the Marines. Was not in service very long.

The OG MB will always be the cutest light utility vehicle.
The test videos for it are goofy and the variants both official and unofficial were goofy too. Like the Allies were doing Toyota War stuff way before the Toyota War.
It even has descendants to this day because Willy's sold rights to build the thing after the war to anybody who'd buy them. A desperate attempt to keep the company afloat that didn't work. Nobody who has inherited the Jeep brand has survived.
Anyways, here's a MB currently built in Iran: the Safir.

The Gee Bee Racer, 1930s air racing plane
The V-173 Flying Pancake (left), experimental design developed into the XF5U Flying Flapjack (right), an experimental naval fighter. I mention them both bc the Flapjack never flew and the only one built was scrapped, while the Pancake flew several times and there is a surviving example in a museam in Texas. The Pancake was made of wood and fabric, insane.
There were several other designs that were pretty similar, including the Arup series of designs (Arup S-2 pictured below on the left). The WWII German Sack AS-6 (below on the right), which was tested and supposedly flew but was destroyed by an Allied attack before it could be photographed.
And the custom homebuilt "Useless Flying Object."
Honorable mention to the Nemeth Parasol, probably the first actually flying circular wind plane ever built and an inspiration to future designers due to wide publicity surrounding it.
