The cameras were from Red5, not Blizzard (They used them to film a few exceptionally cringe "comedy skits" which were uploaded to YouTube as an integral part of Firefall advertising.)

Needless to say, this stupid idea came from Grummz, and I assume he had custody of the AV equipment as head of promotion when he got fired and "forgot" to give it back.

I don't remember it being about tranny stuff like that video said - rather about that "league for gamers" organization of his that he talked big about then did fuck all with.
There was also a dev who was unpopular and got called a leech because of his industry connections, but I'm almost certain that that was Derrick Smart, not Kern.

I can't really recall a parting of ways. GamerGate just began to lose steam as many involved began to get involved in the various alt-right spheres that began to pick up steam. Complaining about Anita to devs who just decided to invite her directly to talk to them showed that GG wasn't going to actually accomplish anything, so people set their sights for politics.

Of course it's been ten (almost eleven!) years now, so I could be misremembering. I never cared for him even back then, he was one of many e-celebs who milked the actual work of GG to raise his profile and detracted from the people trying to actually do something about the problems. Instead turning it into him raising his profile larping as an actual developer or his porn fixations.

The databreach mentioned by Western is from a myspace databreach. The email when I did a reverse email check shows no other social media linked to this email, not even a Google account. Blank accounts usually get this all the time (for example, verifications.io would often use random email searches with different domains for email searching).

Before I made this post, I initally went and searched "debbichan" and found a lot of domains such as yahoo.com.tw. Most often, I would get the email address debbichanvipmsn@hotmail.com or debbichang@gmail.com, which is an entirely different person.

I have a feeling this has something to do with Asian/Taiwan culture, but I'm not sure. He still is a porn addict but I wanted to do some checking from this email address to hopefully find some additional accounts to archive.
