What's the issue? The CP was only found because the FBI raided his home due to J6th charges. Now that everything related to J6th is essentially nullified, the CP evidence is now no longer legally obtained during a lawful search and therefor inadmissible in court. All that is going to happen is the feds are going to back off for a bit and keep an eye on him for another excuse to have a 2nd crack at charging him with CP.
