Traditionally, if someone cannot sign something, an aide can sign on their behalf using a power of attorney or a special delegation of authority. So, technically, someone could sign for Biden, but there would have to be a paper trail, otherwise it doesn’t count.

Trump has been very clear about autopen use policy (only for cases that don't involve presidential powers or for signing multiple copies of something he already signed) and signing everything in front of witnesses. Presumably this is both to contrast with what Biden staffers did and to make his own actions safe from similar objections.

It's entirely possible, or even probable, that Trump has been making a big show out of everything he signs because he had insider knowledge about the autopen, and has been planning on doing this ever since he took office. They already admitted to using the Autopen to sign things for Biden. Yes, they "delegated the power" to his staffers. But I would suggest they aren't actually allowed to do that.

The Judges have already declared that any judge in the country can overrule the President via black robed fiat and no one can do anything about it, just absolutely because.

They can’t use that excuse now because the fail-safe is designed to preclude post-hoc presumption of authority.

You can make the argument that a fingerprint fulfills the function of a signature. So if a president is unable to sign, they could autopen and then stamp their thumb on the document as a way to say they are present and endorse the signature. But if your president is at a point they can't sign anything, then you should get a new president.

Someone could have a temporary injury that stops them from signing things for a while. Like if their dominant arm/wrist/hand got broken in a place where their fingers and thumb had to be immobilised for 6 weeks. But you'd probably want to ensure that everything they signed in whatever way they did, was witnessed, preferably on camera, and it was noted on the document that it was signed by autopen/finger print and who the official witnesses were.
