This is broadly my take on it, she sees somebody who's fairly isolated and friendless and maybe doesn't think "why is this dude isolated and friendless", or if she does she puts it down to his simply being an autistic tranny (usually that would be a pretty solid guess, to be fair). It's a charity "friendship".

I realise that "Is Chris getting better?" is a lol-worthy question, but to be honest he doesn't seem as outright sexually deranged these days as during the Love Quest. If he's still on the Oestrogel that could certainly be killing off his sex drive.
