Eh, I’m a bit more relaxed about this than you. The plaintiffs would need to have donated in the first place to claw back the gofundme. Even if they had, they could be up for a tricky legal fight over whether the wording of the gofundme was deceptive and misleading with its use of the provocative word „woman”. I’m not ruling it out, and defending it would be a pain, but their assessment of their legal chances, and the costs, is as optimistic as their assessment of their own womaninity. They could try to enter, get turned back and then sue for discrimination, but the gym is on Terf Island and girlfriend is doing her homework:
