Destiny's "offline friends" are just the girls who are currently in his rotation and don't have a streaming career/aren't orbiters.

Destiny doesn't have any actual "friends", except maybe Dan, but keep in mind Dan is the one who puts all the effort in their relationship. If Dan took decision to never start any interaction with Destiny, and wait for him to reach out to him instead, Destiny and Dan would have stopped all communications within a year.
