The simplest way is probably going to be a B and possibly T cell wipe, with something like a cancer level dose of ocrevus. (derived from B cell cancer treatments) It's not crazy, and has been a theorized treatment for certain severe autoimmune disorders. Potentially opening up as we get safer and more effective ways to do complete wipes. In laymen's terms it would be a complete reset/reboot of parts of the adaptive immune system, getting rid of the self perpetuating autonomous immune cells that wrongly get set to target it's own host body. Or in this case, put an end to cells programed to create these spike proteans.

It wouldn't be easy though.. it not only would probably mean a complete loss of certain types of already learned adapted immunity... more seriously, it would mean complete suppression of an entire aspect of adaptive immune response for likely months, slowly rebuilding over a year or more. If they end up having to lock down and isolate these people for years post-treatment to repair the immune system, I will never feel bad for them. On one hand, it's tempting to take pity on these people, like Japs on deserted islands after WW2. But on the other hand, I wish these people the absolute worst, and lifelong embarrassment is the least they deserve for making the entire western world wear their embarrassing costume for two fucking years.

Words cannot emphasise enough how much these hypochondriacs must be kept away from power at all costs. Academia needs to be purged of such assholery. The risk that it could snowball into another institutionally backed pro-mask movement in the next election cycle is simply too great.

The good news is that, at least professionally, these people are crippling themselves. I attend a lot of vendor events and workshops as part of my dayjob, and there's always one or two of these masked up people around during the general mingling and networking that makes up the bread and butter of the events. And without fail, they're avoided and ignored like the plague - Nobody wants to risk that they're actually just sick and wearing the mask because of that, and even when they try to initiate, its hard to hear them through the mask over the background din of normal people talking openly. They inevitably just get left standing in the corner, waiting for the event to end, because nobody wants to talk with them.

But, who you know really is key for getting up in the world, and these people are self selecting out of those communities. nobody who matter will know about you or what you do when you hide behind a face diaper. You'll get half hearted praise from people looking for jobs on linkedin, but that'll not get you anywhere.

I think there is actual bone marrow suppression going on here from LNPs traveling to the bone marrow, producing Spike, and immune cells attacking and destroying immature lymphocyte progenitors en masse. Remember that study a few years ago about HSPCs in umbilical cord blood?

The only treatment for this that I know of is a bone marrow transplant, but who's going to have healthy bone marrow to donate, at this rate? Maybe some kind of regenerative therapy with induced pluripotent stem cells to replace lost HSPCs would do it, but that's a speculative treatment that hasn't really been tried before.
