I think this is the right course legally speaking, which I do agree that it should be what Pxie should give priority to.
However, by his own words, Destiny is currently playing, and more concerned, about the public perception game, it's all he cares about.
So although I don't want her to accidentally ruin her own case, I also do appreciate that she's dunking on him and not allowing him to create his narrative.
