I listened to the entire 22 minute video addressing it and these are my takeaways:
- destiny is fucked.
- destiny really wants you to think he's a victim (narc injury "what about me?" bullshit).
- destiny physically vomits into his mouth trying to say "another website" referring to the kiwi farms i'm not even exagerating
If I were Destiny I would be trying to settle this immediately, but Pxie apparently wants $15m, which is a lot even for him. He also mentions random people are now messaging him asking for sums of money threatening to #MeToo him further, so he's also probably afraid to pay anything or it will invite every woman he's ever fucked around with to come after him as well.
Pxie demanding $15m is strange to me, but I think from her perspective she's also fucked for life. Her e-girl career is basically over; even Lauren Southern had to disappear from the Internet after being outed as a destiny fucker, despite having a very established career. Pxie is some nobody, so her odds at recovering from the reputational injury of being outed as a destiny fucker are far worse. I can believe she is suicadal over this. It's not just a nude leak, it's an embarassing sex tape that outed her as someone who sleeps with very ugly but more famous people. It's hard to have a respectable persona if that's your reputation out the gate.
So Destiny would want to get out of this as soon as possible and would probably offer even more than the statutory maximum of $150,000 to Pxie to get her to fuck off, but not $15m. Pxie wants $15m so she doesn't have to work again. Pxie has nothing to lose and no reason to back down, but Destiny has an issue he's suffering immensely with and has been for months now.
His entire career is speaking in front of a camera, engaging a live audience, and (most importantly) gishgalloping conservatards epic wikipedia style. You can't do that if people can just bring up nonconsensual pornography mid-debate and then you can't respond at all because doing so creates discovery issues and pretrial issues. It's exactly like how Ethan Ralph got injunctions against him by his ex-girlfriends and had to just sit and seethe any time someone would bring them up to his face on stream. That will be Destiny: seething quietly every debate.
I'll emphasize this: every time he speaks right now, it puts him at risk 3 years down the road. In the course of a civil case's lifespan, you will enter Discovery where the opposing party will send you questions you must answer under oath, and they will in-person interview you for several hours. All of these statements go on record and they will be very well rehearsed to work as favorably for you as possible. However, random shit you say during a stream will also go on record as evidence, and if there are any contradictions they will make you look very bad (contradictions in two statements by the same person are called "impeachments"). Destiny looking like an unreliable narrator in his own case is devastating when his case is his word versus her's.
Destiny also wants to become a "serious political person" and do serious political stuff. Unfortunately for him, especially on the left, looking like a sex pest is bad for serious politics.
So from his perspective he's in a
zugzwang: he must do something to progress his career, but (1) every attempt to address the issue will harm him, (2) paying Pxie $15m is financially devastating, and (3) actively ignoring the issue is reputationally ruinous for a streamer. There are no good answers.
My advice to Destiny is heelturn completely. I think he's burned every bridge possible on the libby side and there's no point. Con Inc is big business and on the up-and-up all the major figures on the new-right have explicitly endorsed a brown Muhamamdeen rapist. If anything, Destiny's story of being an innocent victim harassed by an psycho ex is sympathetic to right.
So here's what he does: just start a stream and admit he was wrong about women and shit. Women are evil and they can't be trusted. The polyamorous shit isn't working out. Shed some tears. Say he has been listening to the Andrew Tate podcast and he wants to try and be a real man. Start taking steroids and pay for a personal trainer, get buff. He'd have to stop sucking dick on camera and pretend to be straight to make it work, but don't worry, I'm pretty sure all the conservative talking heads on Twitter still suck dick.
I estimate this will expand his audience by 200% and get him a $15m/yr contract with Rumble, which he can use to pay off approximately one e-girl a year.
