intentional infliction of emotional distress. This is about as bad as it gets without an outright criminal indictment.
First of all multiple women are accusing him, it’s not just Pxie. Over fifteen women have come forward, some confirming that Destiny shared their explicit images without consent. Like stated time and time again, the faggot doesn’t change, he only doubles down.
He’s already admitted to sharing material non consensually in writing, the molested bro literally confessed in private messages that he shared the videos. Then he went public and tried to say it was a hack or some bullshit. He is caught in 4K.
