In his video, he includes a clip that makes him look good. However, if you watch the full video uploaded on Chud's channel, it’s all just white noise.

In President Sunday's private call, he says: "I found out about the fact that it was non-consensual pretty early on [Before the Chud stream on the 30th]... I've heard rumors that Kyla is the enforcer."

What did he say on Chud's stream? "What are we supposed to say... we don't really know what's going on," as well as, "There's no way to know," with Augie making the obvious remark, "I thought it's pretty obvious it was revenge porn." In the video, he does waver when Chud pushes, but the problem is that he already knew the material was sent non-consensually prior to that conversation. Yet, in the video, he appeared to give credence to the idea that it was all mysterious, helping the foot soldiers' argument of, "Maybe he sent it with their consent.and only the hacker is the bad guy!"

The issue isn’t just sweeping for Destiny, the real problem is sweeping for Destiny while knowing the truth. If he said this stuff because the evidence he knew lead to that, so be it. He and Tom pause their sweeping to entertain hypotheticals from time to time and hedge, only to then go back to sweeping. They fall back on statements like, "Look, I said if it was sent non-consensually, it would be bad!" But THEY KNEW it was sent non-consensually before the video and acted as if this was some big mystery.

When Melina spoke out about it, weeks before Pixie, and let’s not forget that DeOrio said in the Sunday video and the Chud video way prior that he needed one of them to speak out, which Melina evidently did, what was DeOrio's response? He went on a tangent about how it could actually be a response to the old and Leafy drama, instead of the recent mega leaks of her nudes, which Destiny had sent to an e-whore just weeks earlier. This was all done with the goal of muddying the waters and giving him and his cohorts yet another excuse to avoid taking any action.
