Destiny is just generally a spiteful person when he doesn't get his way and is the the type of person narcissistic/stupid enough to threaten legal action (like he has with Hasan, multiple times, lol) because he believes himself to be the victim/what's happening is someone else's fault, or at least that's how he likes to frame it.
