More likely than not, as part as Nick's plea agreement, he will be required to seek and maintain employment. Someone in parole or partial custody can't just claim to be self employed.

Given Nick's complete lack of work history or skills other than getting dangerously intoxicated on stream and neglecting his kids, I suspect that relatively soon, a teenager in his local fast food restaurant will be his supervisor.

I could conceivably see someone being allowed to claim self employment for streaming. But not Nick. It's very unlikely they'd consider it a proper form of employment for probation purposes.

This all happened well before Melton revealed that Rekieta had invaded Aaron's Google account. It would be curious to know if the only way Rekieta developed such a hypothesis was through intercepting private messages between Sean and Aaron. However, this hypothetical scenario seems unlikely, as Sean doesn't seem to be the type to engage in such gay ops.
