Nick is basically what contaminates and destroys a portion of Catholic youth: resentful people who desire power but are cowards to do so because they do nothing, not even for themselves, and still sanctify their own hedonism. And he represents all of this perfectly, being a true false youthful prophet.

It is worth remembering that he not only speaks badly of marriage, but basically of anything that a volcel man could do as a demonstration of effort and sacrifice, such as physical activity. He has never really worked in his life and will never run his family's business, and I bet he doesn't even participate in any commitment to his parish.

It will be painful for his groyper followers in 20 years when they will see relatives and those they mocked so much having families, building assets, being academics or even following the religious life while they will be working at McDonalds, being ex-convicts or sinking into the NEET life.

If I had a daughter and someone was threatening to rape her, even as an edgy joke or whatever, I'd be contacting every possible law enforcement agency to find this person and at the very least get them some prison time.
