No I think that's more or less permanent. The only realistic agreement I could see, and this is the absolute best case scenario for Julani, is that they strike a deal for a permanent Israeli military station on Mt. Hermon and irrevocable land access to it. That being said, I still see the most likely outcome being permanent occupation of the mountain and the corridor, as you said.
