I'm right there with you. There are only a few cows I feel genuine contempt for, like Fatrick Tomlinson, because they actively choose to be a nuisance for other people, but people like this just make me sad. A healthy body is a blessing that shouldn't be taken for granted.

Generally I agree with you, but Ashley has a history of hurting others. I don't know if she still does, but she used to befriend other skellys, ones talking about their struggle/in recovery. She'd pretend to be vulnerable like they are to gather information about their triggers, usually trigger foods. Then she'd send them a "care package" with only those foods, in the hopes they'd relapse and get sicker, so she could laugh at them.

Not only does she not want to get better, she wants to drag everyone else to her level. It's real easy to look at her latest posts talking about her page being a safe space and forget that she used to publicly attempt to harm others.

I don't get angry at her, but I definitely don't feel any sympathy for her.

This honestly makes me wonder if she still does it, just less publicly. There might be circumstances where it makes sense to declare that a place is a "safe space", like a school therapist's office (some unfit parents will unfortunately tell their children that everything they say will be reported to either them or school officials), but putting it on a personal webpage feels extremely performative.

That could just be standard "I want to be seen as virtuous without actually doing anything" bullshit, but coming from someone with a history of sadistic behavior, it seems a lot more shady.

No she did the cracky chan shit, someone has a pic and they put it in the thread a bit back. She did the school girl cosplay with red dotted cheeks like Cracky Chan did, around the same time, but was christened HamTaro Chan to stop the confusion of having so many girls doing that on 4chan around the same time.

So far as I know, she's always engaged in both starving and purging. I'm not sure if she even has the strength to vomit any more though.

When I was a kid I watched the movie Pet Cemetery, while there was lots of scary shit (to a kid) in that movie, but the brief scene with the sister Zelda that haunted me. Ashley has become Zelda IRL, she should volunteer for casting in grim dark horror flicks and shorts to forever scar children. She does it already going out to stores, might as well get paid for her appearances.

In fact, if you redid Pet Cemetery, but cast Ashley and made her wear uwu anime cutesy clothes it would be x10 more terrifying.

(In fairness to Zelda I believe her character suffered from spinal meningitis. )

I’m still very curious on Ashley’s living situation. Medicaid doesn’t custom tailor care for people, so Ashley is either in a facility for mentally incapacitated people that the state has guardianship over or a nursing home. I guess it’s possible they pay for an room/apartment and send over nursing assistance regularly too.

I highly doubt this, especially the part about paying for an apartment. Do we have any proof this is true besides “well it must be happening?”

I suspect her ways haven’t even won her the shitty consolation prize of state guardianship and care. I think she does what she does and gets no material benefit from it whatsoever.
