Should be. Alaska has ranked voting too so he needs to hit 50 to avoid them going to second choices. John Howe in 3rd is with the Alaska Independence Party which should have the Republican as the second choice on enough ballots to get him to 50, assuming the remaining 24 percent doesn't swing hard the other way. I read a lot of the remaining vote is in the isolated indigenous communities, which go Democrat, so it might swing,

I was listening to Rising talk about this. It would be funny and could help distract from other pardons made at the same time. Resident Biden not doing it is just handing Trump a potential W (if he frames it correctly).
Other than all the J6 crowd, he should pardon Julian Assange, Edward Snowden, and Kim Dotcom. These would be better than Lil Wayne and Kodak Black. Hopefully someone whispers some good names into his ear.

It's more that Goldwater was an awful candidate who got his campaign hit with Daisy's Destruction. Joke aside, Goldwater was a dumb, extremist warmonger who voted against Civil Rights, and in comparison LBJ was smarter, more moderate, and didn't casually talk about using nuclear weapons. This all culminated in Daisy, which was both the first and single most effective political ad of all time. All of this combined convinced everyone but the most extremist Republicans to vote for LBJ in 1964.
Nixon was much more moderate than Goldwater, and also smarter (in contention for the smartest President ever imo). Republicans and Independents who jumped ship to LBJ out of fear were more than happy to vote for Nixon in '68. Combine that with the whole "LBJ dropping out way too close to the election" thing, and you have the worst drop in performance between elections in US History.
I know that JFK won the 1960 election through fraud. Fraud either didn't happen or didn't change anything about the outcome of '64, though.

I can care about abortions, as a man. It's because at it's core that it's a fundamental question of human existence. Man or woman we all came out of a womb, we were all that little piece of unrealized "clump of cells" at some point. When did you become you?
So it's not just about "whores" and it's not just about "controlling women's bodies", its about who everyone is as a person. It's a philosophical discussion at the center of questions humans have asked since the dawn of time. I understand women bear children and I understand that it's a large burden but it is not a burden large enough to remove half of the population from talking about the beginning of their existence and the morality behind it. To whittle that down to the extent it has been is awful and keeps humanity from reaching toward a true answer. An answer we should be able to talk openly about without some shitty catchphrase.

Listen to the tone of voice of the teacher vs the voices of the students. The students don't care, don't want to listen and are mumbling yes just to move the scolding along so it eventually ends.
I'm fine with...some of this. I really would like to see Section 230 left the fuck alone. I believe @AnOminous phrased it as "one of the few times Congress got something almost exactly right". It will be far easier to fuck up Section 230 and make it worse, than make it better.

I'm surprised Elon hasn't bought it already. There are all those rich people buying islands and he could buy the biggest one of all! It would be pretty cool to literally own a country and make all your own rules for it.
