Possibly. Wisconsin apparently counts absentee ballots in a central facility and dumps then into the tally in big batches, if not all at once. Michigan will find some boxes of ballots in Wayne County. Nevada will accept ballots until November 9th and Alaska for 15 days, so that's an opportunity to manufacture a bunch and slip them into the mail-in ballot stream. They'd need an awful lot of them, but not so many that it's unrealistic.
