Because:

1. In many places those are counted a lot quicker/early now.
2. Trump and the Republicans saw that there was no fighting it and jumped in too. They went heavily in promoting them in a lot of these BG places.

Even in the worst case of a lot still uncounted, they are going to be a lot less one sided this time.
