Re: calling places with trump in the slight lead. First off calling places means "trust us bro" coming from MEDIA companies. Secondly they know the populations of each voting district. If trump is leading by 0.1% and every rural county is at 90% votes counted while the bughives are at 50%, it's a safe assumption that the lead will be blown away.
