dude the people freaking out that not voting = voting for kamala completely do not understand why i don't vote.

I do not believe the system exists. The electoral system of the United States is a collective hallucination. I do not believe that there a single direct correlation between the physical act of voting and the numbers that are tallied. Every single electronic vote is discarded without being written to memory, identical to how voting down a comment on YouTube triggers no network event and is just an illusion on your screen that makes you feel better. Every single paper ballot is burned.

I'm not exaggerating. It's not a joke. I do not believe that there is a single vote in the United States that is counted towards electing a candidate. Every single "My Vote Counted" sticker is a lie. There is no genuine connection between the ballot and the results of the election.

Instead, turnout is counted, and turnout represents approval of the status quo and the system. They do count these votes and do account for fraud when counting them. This is the vote that actually decides if policy meaningfully changes: the binary action of voting. In 2020, 66% of the US voted. This is 66% of the US population telling the Federal Government they support the continued existence of the Federal Government, and that they believe democracy works. I was a part of the third of the US that does not believe that. I do not believe in the US Federal Government and I believe the sooner it collapses, the better. So, I indicate this to the government by not voting.
Agreed. And they're getting too cute lately with all these super duper close presidential elections. Even Obama/Romney, the overall % was like 51% to 47%. If they had any sense, they'd make this one a semi-blowout for realism sake.

It's actually pretty incredible. From 1992-2016, Florida was the most hotly-contested swing state. From 1996-2016, so went Florida, so went the country.

The fact that it's now reliably ~R+6 or thereabouts is amazing. Seems to also be trending more and more red, as well.

Florida covid refugees from blue states did not bring their old states' politics with them. Simple as. People saw how bad things had gotten in Dem strongholds and walked away to the land of sun and palms.

Here's what I don't get. If the polls have democrats leading its to depress republican turnout. If the polls have republicans leading its to get republicans comfortable enough to not vote. So what is the solution?

Realizing polls are easily manipulated and worthless and no longer paying any attention to them, of course. - I am here.

I hope Null brings stronger energy to the show tonight than "none of this matters anyway."

Might as well just talk about Ralph trying to get some colloidal silver granny snatch and the latest tranny happenings.

Null's just waiting for the true political platform to come along.
Captain Planet, he'll put Cobes, Clint, and Jessica in a group home together.

They're already rigging things in PA by doing this, not everyone who voted is going to have time to stay in line all they, they have their jobs to do unless they want to starve to death. This is exactly why I voted early
And unless the Trump campaign has a backup plan for this, they are going to lose PA hard. Dems have outsmarted them two elections in a row and are about to do it a third time.

Reminder PSA for everyone voting tonight: for those in line to vote in person, if you're in line and ANYONE tells you that you need to leave because "the polls are closed", call 866-687-8683 and report them; you're allowed to vote as long as you're in line, even when the polls close...

SS-Ordenstaat Florida helping Trump get the fucking bag, I love the fact its not a Purple State anymore

It sure activates the almonds how after the state government implements the most bare-bones basic bitch levels of election security all the vote results go from swing/purple to 10-20 point wins for the Republicans. It almost makes you think that perhaps there was some serious cheating going on all along, and the state was never swing in the first place. But that can't be right, this is America, we've always had the Most Secure Elections™️ in the world.

I'm pretty sure your job can't just you know, fire you if you say you were late because you were in line to vote. at least in my state they're required to let you vote without punishment

Fair enough, but if you think they're lying about the candidate vote distributions, then why would you believe they're reporting the turnout accurately?
