One would suspect that they arrested Diddy to get his blackmail material so that they could use it. It's possible that the whole reason he got arrested was that they could snatch all the evidence he was holding onto and use every thing he had to try to get Harris the presidency.

What are you on about. He said it's the cleanest, but there's currently issues with it due to the way we typically build the plants. Too big and built too inefficiently and stopped because of strict regulations.
He highlighted that France has a bunch of nuclear and said they do it well by building a bunch of smaller cookie cutter plants very cheaply.
He is not in favor of nuclear over gas though. Sounds like he wants both and he only wants nuclear if the plants can be build cheap and fast (but still safe).
