RABtoons did a better parody of Silent Hill 2 than Doobson. Not only is the video 13 minutes long, making fun of every scenes from the game, but they also made fun of Angela and the Abstract Daddy unlike Doobson who can’t make fun of Angela cuz “ERM RAPE ISN’T FUNNI OKKAYY!! I DON’T FEEL COMFORTABLE OF MAKING FUN OF IT OR OTHERWISE I CAN’T GET PUSSY!!!”.

The same reason all normies love Breaking Bad and other shows similar. They all watched youtube videos explaining to them how X media is "an artistic masterpiece" and now want to pretend that they get it and are super smart for it, but are just following a trend. We had like 2 decades of people talking about Silent Hill 2 being a masterpiece and like 9 million youtube breakdowns of the story, themes, etc.

The difference is that in the GameGrumps video series of that game there were actual jokes and funny moments and Danny was playing like he was actually trying. There was effort made.
Doobus just stringed random scenes together and tried to make something funny out of that, and it doesn't work the way he thinks it does in his head.

This is the first time I heard any clips from Billie Bust Up, and...the voice acting in the game is really meh. Doobson's voice acting sucks because his range sounds very limited (if that makes any sense), and it really doesn't fit the character. Not like the other vas are any better than Doobson.

Yeah I was kinda skeptical when it was first brought up but now I think it's undeniable he has some sort of fat/inflation fetish. He's just a complete gooner. I would bet most of his time is spent fucking around and getting off and then when he wakes from his stupor of sin he realizes he has to make a video and throws together one of his shitty animations real quick.
