I really want to sperg about the boxing form, or lack thereof, but it’s easier if I just say to use this as an example of what never to do in a fight. If you’ve never fought before in find yourself in a position where you must, get out of the situation or let natural instinct take over. Do NOT LARP as someone who thinks they can box.
Watch was it tries to launch what I assume to be a… hook (?) to the body. The back foot generally rests at an angle, pointing outwardly to provide both balance and power. In this case, to generate more power, you would pivot your hips alongside the movement of the back foot while keeping your elbow tucked fairly closely to your side. Its wrists are curled inwardly as it tries to hook toward the body, hips thrusting outwardly while the arm finds itself noodling outward as it strikes the dummy. You can sprain or break your limp wrists this way. The foot is also completely lifted off the ground as it performs its weird and ineffective troon domestic abuse mating ritual, leaving it totally off-balance. This punch probably hurt the troon quite a bit, thus they tried to “shake it off” by performing a Zoidberg-esque shuffle to the side to launch an even worse looking flurry.
