Though it could be theorized that Two-Ton is trying to whip up some billable hours in an attempt to move up the ladder, as well. We're not discussing particularly ethical people here.

2. Lane A. Haygood is licensed in TEXAS with an office listed in Texas. Phone numbers DONT match those provided on the letter AND Texas Attorney Registration DOES NOT HAVE other states licensed to practice for Lane Haygood? [But the HEADER of the letter claims its a NEW YORK Firm]?

I don't believe he's a partner or associate. He may have a more distant or contractual relationship of the "of counsel" sort. That would mean he's employed by the firm for some things (maybe even just having someone in Texas), but more or less manages his own affairs. The fact the firm also has Akiva Cohen means they're probably sympathetic with whatever this guy is trying to accomplish, but they might not be with profoundly unprofessional correspondence like this.

I am confused.
Perhaps HARDIN, Null, AnOminous, etc can figure this Mercante Lolyer out. See screencaps below. I agree with everyone else on here, this letter does not seem like it was written by a practicing attorney.

1. Phone contact numbers on the ABSURD letter do not match the kusklaw website.

3. Lane Haygood is NOT listed as an attorney at the kusklaw website I found.

4. NY Attorney Registration search does have an attorney number for Lane but why is Neither State listed on the other state's atty registration pages?

5. BOTH states report Lane Haygood is SOLO Practitioner.

6. Did I mention the phone number on the letter does not match the firm numbers on the respective state registrations?

I take it that Lane Haygood is another pointless male ally of Alyssa Mercante?
