No, this is incorrect. Porn addiction, discussing inappropriate topics with minors, having private spaces where minors also go (discord), blatantly ignoring or downplaying safeguards for children in these environments (making the nsfw channel accessable by children....), grooming behaviors like exposing them to pornography, trying to kindle relationships with children they have no business being around, paying a lot of attention to children or one child in particular, etc. I'd add trooning out to this list too, but that's just me.

Edit: This might be what you meant by not depraved but my emphasis is that not all depraved individuals seem depraved at first glance and there are plenty of fucked up people who seemed "normal" at first glance until you paid attention to what they were doing.

For the sake of whoever is "leaking" it one should think the content isn't so legally questionable, but if it is, releasing it to the public en-masse is undoubtably a terrible option.
