Until the bodycam drops, I've been wanting some content, so I've been digging through the Baby Andy Archive a bit. I managed to find content not covered before anywhere else, from 2020 when Andy was kicked out from his parents house post-food poisoning, it's a phone call between the homeless shelter that took him in and Andy's parents, having to discuss Andy getting kicked out of the shelter for having a nuclear meltdown and laying down in the middle of the road.

Sound familiar? :story:
January 30th shelter call
This is an audio recording, from between the 26-30 January of 2020, of a 12 min long phone call between Ma & Pa Ditch and some person employed by a men's housing shelter, who is present in the room with Andy. The discussion begins by the man addressing Andy's imminent ban from the facility for a meltdown that occurred the night previous, the magnitude of which was considered exceptional even for the staff member/tard wranglers. Disagreements continually erupt between and Ditch Sr and Ditch Jr throughout the call.

The staff member emphasized that Andy's behavior and conduct in the episode was offensive but in particular he notes that Andy's verbal abuse of staff was considered especially egregious. The staff member states the shelter is planning on kicking Andy out as soon as short-term housing becomes available for him (2-3 days), while Tom emphasizes that Andy cannot come to stay with them as he already has burnt all bridges back home (this is in 2020 lmao). As we all know, later Andy eventually made it to Tonawanda and physically broke in to the household multiple times until the family capitulated.

Of note, Andy attempts to put some of the blame on his parents for not calling the facility, with Tom replying that they had called and were told they weren't allowed contact, at which point the staff member points out to Andy's parents what happened was that Andy specifically rescinded any consent for contact between the hospital and his family, and when the staff pointed this out to Andy, his reply was "Fuck off!"

Q1 2020 Phone plan argument
This is a 16 min video recording of Andy interacting with his parents around evening supper time, Andy gives an expanded prologue and occasionally pauses the recording throughout to add his delusional commentary. While I don't have a exact date for this one, I can put it definitively between Q1-Q2 2020 as Andy is recounting his ban from the men's shelter as having only recently happened and he is recording from the inside of his parents home.

Papa Ditch, the most recent food poisoning very fresh in his mind, is giving Andy a bunch of shit regarding what food Andy is helping himself to, before arguing over the circumstances surrounding a recent cellphone purchase Andy had made. Andy asserts his family was added on to his phone plan, an example of his dad/family mismanaging or otherwise robbing him of his tardbux money, or so he claims.
Arguing gets going good around ~5:45, full tardwailing kicks in at ~13:10.

Any Cleveland hailing kiwis need to go buy that social worker and the officers some beer. holy shit… or since they are reading need to meet up for drinks. They actually dealt with him unlike his hometown’s PD. He spent about 3 days in metro which means he got there from the greyhound, got off the bus, got an Uber or something and went to the hospital to be admitted.
How quickly they were able to catch onto his bull shit was astounding. They did get into contact with his dad about him. So even with his dad’s info that’s enough to be suspect of Andy. Add on what proceeded to happen with this incident..? It’s gold. The whole PD knows about him as per this interesting bit.

Wouldn’t put it past him to try Akron since it’s easiest to get to. They won’t deal with it and will just contact Cleveland PD or Tonawanda PD. It will just start all over.

i was literally going to say this just now....you know its KILLING him! and people working at the jail couldn't give two shits about his fake autism either. is he still in jail, or did his parents bond him out? i hope not. he is right where he needs to be. i bet when he does get out though...the cops will be watching him closely. hes a big guy, and as funny as it is to watch him freak out, i know that i would be intimidated by some giant fat shit in a diaper screaming at me.

I think any stuff in the video that violates HIPAA like a patient walking past or medical records will get blurred out or maybe have a black rectangle covering things where it won't affect the quality of the overall video.

hippa is really about protected patient information, not so much patients walking around outside....like being outside or in a public space, i believe that you dont have that expectation of privacy.
 
Has Andy been put in the paper suit yet? I doubt he’s stopped his decisive bowel evacuations but I’m fairly certain Ohio pokey guards wouldn’t humor his diaper change requests. Here’s to hoping Andy gets a staph infection and is too paralyzed to cry “abooozen meee”. (Sorry for the A-log but fuck Andy, if he can establish malignant narcissism in the DSM books all the better; Andy is a definitive case study.)

Could HIPAA be violated without context? It’s an interesting ethics question. Personally, I’m having a hard time seeing how patient specific case could influence Andy’s body cam unless if personal information was given to their medical context within the filming period.

Andy released his own medical information, which found it's way into an open source archive of his anti-social behavior. The Judge would rule that Andy displayed the mental competence to release his own information, as he stated in his videos that he wanted these records on YouTube.

So summarily Andy has no care towards his privacy as he’s taken the action to make it easily accessible? Kind of like calling the cops and their resulting bodycam footage being publicly accesible as an intermediary result of his initial decision to call? Nobody but Andy made that decision, should the weight of external informal output weigh upon Andy’s shoulders?!

In short. Andy wanted us to have this footage from his initial action of calling public dispatch resources. Something which is inherently accesible to local taxpayers auditing as after all it is on their dime.
