When the whole Rekieta case broke I put on his show at work to see if I could glean more information. That particular show he had Geno on and he sent the nude on stream to him. I don't know for sure, but maybe because of the extreme weather? It gets pretty cold in MN and less windows probably helps you save on your heating bill.

It looks like the houses are close together, so few windows on the sides makes sense for privacy. Every sleeping room/basement has to have a window large enough to get out of.
